Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyBook Match Planner developed by GROUP OF COMPANIES PAROXOD ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the MyBook Match Planner mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
MyBook Match Planner is a mobile application designed to help users organize football matches. The App provides the following features:
- Browse and book football pitches and stadiums
- Create and manage team lineups
- Track upcoming and past match bookings
- Share lineup information with teammates
- Store match and booking data locally on your device
The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes. Actual pitch bookings, payments, and reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective stadium or facility providers.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent
User Accounts and Data
The App stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Backing up any important data
- Any activity that occurs through your use of the App
We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, App uninstallation, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content

Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyBook Match Planner developed by GROUP OF COMPANIES PAROXOD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

- Create derivative works based on the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyBook Match Planner developed by GROUP OF COMPANIES PAROXOD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from your use of the App
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyBook Match Planner developed by GROUP OF COMPANIES PAROXOD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws
Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyBook Match Planner developed by GROUP OF COMPANIES PAROXOD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyBook Match Planner developed by GROUP OF COMPANIES PAROXOD regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
